Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1.1 Program Purpose

The Dream Clean Real Estate Partner Program is designed exclusively for licensed real estate professionals in Northeast Florida. This subscription service helps agents elevate the curb appeal and market value of their listings through professional exterior cleaning services.

1.2 What's Included

Our Proven Homes Soft Wash. (Exterior Walls, Window Wash, Soffits and Exterior Gutters)- * Window wash is not a full professional window cleaning but Pre and Post Organic Removal Rinse.
Driveway Surface Cleaning. (Pre and Post Treatment for Organic Growth Removal.
Unlimited New listings within the 12-month subscription period (Not Applicable for existing listings)
Priority scheduling and value-added benefits (outlined in Section 4)

1.3 Subscription Details

Annual Fee: $449 (one-time, non-refundable)
Term: 12 months from the date of enrollment
Automatic Expiry: Subscription does not auto-renew and must be manually renewed upon expiration

2. Service Coverage

2.1 Dream Clean will perform Soft wash and Pressure washing services on designated areas, including home exteriors, driveways, walkways, Windows, soffits, exterior gutters. Service areas are limited to Residential Properties only. (Commercial, Rental and Multi-Family Properties excluded).

2.2 Additional charges may apply for:

Services outside the scope of the subscription
Heavily soiled or neglected surfaces requiring additional labor, nonstandard chemicals or oil stain removals on concrete which requires commercial detergent approach.
Locations requiring special access, equipment, or materials
Surface Cleaning will be on Concrete & Paver Stone only and excludes (gravel driveways, asphalt, Painted Driveways and any other surface which is not safe to clean with surface cleaning machine which might cause damage.)

2.3 Luxury Properties

Luxury Properties are excluded due to the high end natural of the properties. Luxury properties require nonstandard cleaning approach compared to common residential properties. These types of properties may require specific cleaning detergents, lift equipment multiple personnel; possible EPA required water reclamation, additional insurance lability requirements greater than $1M. Please contact Dream Clean of Florida for more information.

These services will be quoted separately and performed only upon approval.

3. Service Scheduling

3.1 Scheduling

Services must be scheduled by the subscribing agent. Dream Clean will coordinate with the agent to determine a mutually convenient time. Completion is subject to weather and availability.

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments due to lack of access may incur a rescheduling fee.

Includes discounts on roof cleaning, roof washing, gutter cleaning, paver sealing, and more. This discount can be used by the agent or passed along to the homeowner to add value to your listing and enhance client satisfaction.

This program may be deductible as a business expense. (Please consult your tax advisor.)

5. Eligibility & Usage Guidelines

5.1 Eligibility

Must be a licensed real estate professional based in Northeast Florida
Services apply only to new and upcoming property listings
One subscription covers one individual agent only – even if part of a real estate team or brokerage
If you are part of a team under a team leader or broker, each agent must subscribe individually to access services

5.2 Usage Guidelines

Includes one house wash and one driveway cleaning per listing
Services must be requested directly by the subscribed agent or co- listing agent.
Repeat services or requests beyond included areas may incur additional charges
Subscription is non-transferable and may not be shared between agents

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The annual fee is non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for unused services or early termination.
Dream Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in cases of misuse or abuse of the program.

7. Service Limitations

7.1 Weather Delays

Weather-related delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

7.2 Property Damage

While every precaution is taken to protect property, pressure washing can occasionally result in unintended damage. Dream Clean is not liable for damage except in cases of negligence. If damage occurs, we reserve the right to assess and address it before escalation. All technicians are professionally trained to full document prior to starting service with details pictures. If existing damage is discovered Dream Clean will notify the listing agent immediately prior to service start to discuss how to proceed.

8. Liability & Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Dream Clean of Florida is fully Licensed and Insured and a copy of our Liability insurance will and can be provided upon request at any time.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Clean, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from failure to provide accurate information or safe access to the property.

9. Termination of Subscription

9.1 By Dream Clean

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time due to misuse, noncompliance, or other justified reasons.

9.2 By Agent

You may cancel at any time; however, the annual subscription fee is non-refundable.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 We collect personal data solely for the purpose of managing your subscription and delivering services. Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11.2 Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable.

12. Marketing Use

Agents are encouraged to promote Dream Clean as part of their listing services.
We may request permission to use property photos and listings details for promotional purposes unless declined in writing. Dream Clean is always open to co-marketing and help agents market their upcoming listings.
