Terms and Conditions for Monthly Subscription - Pressure Washing Service
1. Subscription Overview
2.1 Pricing Structure: The Subscription fee is billed monthly. Additional charges may apply for:
- Services outside the plan’s scope
- Extensive cleaning needs
- Locations requiring special equipment or materials
2.2 Payment: Payment for the Subscription will be automatically billed monthly for 12 months. Payments will be charged to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase.
2.3 Taxes: All applicable taxes, duties, and other governmental charges are your responsibility and may be added to the monthly Subscription fee if applicable.
3.1 Scheduling of Services: Services will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. While we strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, unforeseen factors such as weather or equipment availability may necessitate adjustments.
3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule a service, notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If a service is not rescheduled, the Subscription will continue to bill as scheduled.
5.1 Modification of Service: You may upgrade, downgrade, or change your Subscription plan by notifying us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
5.2 Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.3 Refunds: The Company does not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your Subscription before the completion of the 12-month billing cycle, any paid balance will be credited to your account for future services.
6. Service Limitations
6.1 Weather Conditions: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will notify you of any changes.
6.2 Damage to Property: While we take precautions to avoid damage, pressure washing can sometimes cause unintended effects on surfaces or objects not properly secured. We are not liable for damage except in cases of negligence. If damage occurs, we reserve the right to address and correct the issue before escalating.
7.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
7.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or failure to prepare your property adequately.
8.1 Termination by Company: We reserve the right to terminate your Subscription if you fail to comply with these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. You will be notified, and your Subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
8.2 Termination by Customer: You may terminate your Subscription at any time following the cancellation process outlined in Section 5.
9.1 Personal Information: We collect personal data to process your Subscription and provide Services. Your personal information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request.
10.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
10.2 Arbitration: Disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable.
11.1 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
11.2 Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Subscription after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
